- Optional Accessory: The included rear camera cable is 19.6 ft (6 meters) long, which is sufficient for most standard cars. However, for larger vehicles such as vans, full-size SUVs, and trucks, the cable may not reach the rear windshield. In these cases, an extension cable must be purchased separately for proper installation (Extension Cable ASIN: B0BKQ6MPWS). Additionally, the 24-hour parking monitoring feature requires a hardwire kit, which must also be purchased separately (ASIN: B0C7QY4KB9).
- Note: The dash cam measures 11.81 inches (L) x 2.95 inches (H) x 0.59 inches (W) and weighs 0.9 lbs. It may not fit rearview mirrors shorter than 6.3 inches, thicker than 5.91 inches, or with irregular shapes. For mirrors outside these specifications, we recommend using our OEM Bracket Mount for secure installation. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact our customer service for guidance.

Why is the rear view image mirrored on the dash cam?
Please enable the "Mirror Rear View" option in the Camera Settings.
Can I use the rear camera without connecting the red reversing wire?
Yes, you can. However, the camera won't automatically switch to the rear view during reversing, and the reversing guide lines won't be available for parking assistance.
The red reversing wire is not long enough.
You can find another piece of wire, strip the outer insulation, and twist the inner wires together with the red reversing line to extend the length. Finally, wrap the connection with insulating electrical tape to ensure proper insulation.
