To request a firmware update for your device:
1. Take a clear photo of the SN code sticker located on the back of your dash cam.
2. On the dash cam, tap the Home icon from the recording screen.
3. Navigate to Sys Settings > Version Information.
4. Take a photo of the entire Version Information screen.
5.Email both photos (SN code and Version Info) to our support team at support@pelsee.com.
Once received, we’ll promptly send you the latest and correct firmware file for your model.

To request a firmware update for this model:
1. On the dash cam, tap the red recording icon in the center to stop recording.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear-shaped) on the recording screen.
3. Scroll to “About” and take a clear photo of the entire information screen.
4. Email the photo to support@pelsee.com.

To request a firmware update for this model:

1. Take a clear photo of the SN code sticker located on the bracket of your dash cam.
2. Connect the dash cam to the Pelsee Cam App.
3. Go to Live View > Camera Settings > Firmware Version, and take a screenshot of the Firmware Version option.
4. Email both photos (SN sticker and Firmware Version) to our support team at support@pelsee.com.
We’ll promptly provide you with the correct and latest firmware file.
P2 Trio
To request a firmware update for this model:
1. On the dash cam, press the Menu icon (☰) from the recording screen.
2. Go to Version, then take a clear photo of the entire Version information screen.
3. Email the photo to our support team at support@pelsee.com.
