Pelsee P1 Pro Dash Cam

The camera has good resolution but the camera doesn’t work as well on my WiFi attempts to connect to my vehicles WiFi. Their support team doesn’t seem to have a solution for me yet, instead they keep sending me a manual to get my solution on my own. Well I have followed their instructions on the manual and what is on the manual, what it’s saying to do is not working properly. I will give them only 2 stars because they will not give me any steps on how I can get the WiFi connection to work on their app. I have had the cameras for a week now and I can’t get the camera to connect to my vehicle WiFi. I followed the instructions on the manual for my Pelsee Pro 1 camera. I have downloaded their app and it doesn’t work. I have tried voice commands but no luck. I have tried contacting their support team but they don’t take the time to talk to you. All they email you to do is read the manual and they don’t help you out. What is so difficult to contact their customer who is having trouble getting the cameras to work properly, they don’t even call you via phone. It’s all done via email which is why they only get 2 stars. I’m pressing the power button 3Xs as it says in the manual so it can connect with the WiFi but it doesn’t work. I have contacted their support team which is done only via email . Awful service support for a simple WiFi connection. All I’m asking is for someone who has the service means, the correct answer, the best technician to help you get the best possible answer for something that should be easy, help me troubleshoot my issue. On their app it doesn’t seem to work. It has no trouble shooting solutions. All it has is to send an email to their support team, I wish they would help you with this problem over the phone!! So now I’m thinking of losing my money for the installation I paid for to place the cameras in my vehicle and if I don’t get any resolution from Pelsee via a phone call to help me out, then I will just have to return the camera back to Amazon and at least get some of my money back!! So I ask for Pelsee to give me a call back and hopefully get it to connect with my WiFi so they don’t lose a customer and get back to me asap. Oh I forgot that I can give Pelsee a negative feedback on their Amazon account and tell future customers to see how much Pelsee has not been helpful to customers and how bad they were with my service issues and it will make people think twice before buying from them again!! So Pelsee this is the last chance to get your service agents contact me asap to help me fix this issue!! And now like if I haven’t had enough problems with Pelsee, I’m trying to upload a photo of the camera’s settings page and it’s not allowing me to upload it!! It’s telling me that I took too long to upload it but I’m trying to upload within 3 seconds and it’s still not working properly!! Who’s in charge of the company? Awful experience for me!!

Customer service is top tier and responds super quick to my emails. Installation is very easy and they provide all the tools you need. Affordable and reliable. I highly recommend!

Good quality dash cam, easy to install and the picture is good. So far no problem

I recently got this dash cam and its amazing. The clarity is clear with 4K video. Its easy to install and its perfect in size. Size is perfect that it doesnt block the drivers view. It gives peace of mind while driving and it has 24 hrs parking mode. I would absolutely recommend for this dash cam as I have personally used it and I really loved the clarity, and all other features like GPS, WI-FI, voice control. It really gives peace of mind. Awesome!!

Great dash cam for the price, has good night vision as well as great features. Was easy enough to install. I ended up purchasing the hard wire kit as well, and you need the pelsee one because the rear camera has a proprietary pin connector. Plenty of cable to get where you need to go. The wifi capability and screen are great. GPS, audio, and speed monitoring included as well. Overall great camera and product.
