I have been using the Pelsee p12 Pro for a year and it has been excellent. The 4k is first class. The rear camera takes a lot of abuse due to it being mounted on the outside of my van, where it gets all the worse weather and road conditions thrown at it. I would recommend that it's given some protection. The hole system is easy enough to install and works brilliantly. I had contacted the support unit on one occasion and they were super fast in replying to my email and dealing with a query I had. A great response and a pleasure to deal with.
I will be happy to buy from Pelsee in the future.
I recommend P12 Pro it is the best dash cam so far due to it's security features.
Recently, we installed the Pelsee mirror in an older car, and it has been a great addition. The features are excellent, especially the side approach warning, which greatly improves safety. Setting up the mirror took some effort to meet specific needs, but the many instructional videos simplified the process. When a minor issue occurred, Pelsee's customer service quickly found the problem using photos and promptly sent a replacement. Pelsee is highly recommended for its features, support resources, competitive pricing, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
The only thing is that the front camera seem a little lose, other then that I am happy with the item and it works fine.
Why is the rear view image mirrored on the dash cam?
Please enable the "Mirror Rear View" option in the Camera Settings.
Can I use the rear camera without connecting the red reversing wire?
Yes, you can. However, the camera won't automatically switch to the rear view during reversing, and the reversing guide lines won't be available for parking assistance.
The red reversing wire is not long enough.
You can find another piece of wire, strip the outer insulation, and twist the inner wires together with the red reversing line to extend the length. Finally, wrap the connection with insulating electrical tape to ensure proper insulation.
