Pelsee P3 Dash Cam

I bought this camera and the hardwire kit to replace a camera from another company that I had for years. My other camera didn't have a great quality image and that was my main reason for the upgrade as well as to have a rear camera as well. I had a few issues with my original Pelsee P3 front camera and reached out to the company directly as I was getting nowhere though the Amazon chat communication. Well Jasmine in the Customer service group was outstanding, looking into the issue and sending me a replacement promply and not only just the front camera that was the issue but a whole entire kit. I was instructed to install it and make sure everything was working before sending back the defective one. When I reached out to say everything was working fine I was told that they did not need back the defective and to keep it to use the kit if I need to replace something. This company stands behind their products and becasue of that and the quality of the video output I would suggest buyin gone of their dash cams for your vehicle.

I’ve been using this day cam for a while now, and while it delivers outstanding video quality, it has a major flaw—it doesn’t consistently record accidents, which defeats its main purpose.
Highlights: The video quality is fantastic—crystal clear during the day and surprisingly sharp at night. License plates and road signs are easy to read, and the wide-angle lens captures a broad view of the road.
Cons: Unfortunately, despite its excellent video quality, this dash cam has a critical flaw—it doesn’t reliably save footage of accidents. On many occasions, I checked the footage after an incident, only to find that it either didn’t record the event or had already overwritten it.
If you’re looking for a dash cam with top-tier video quality, this one delivers. However, if your main concern is capturing accidents for insurance or legal purposes, I’d suggest looking elsewhere, as its reliability in crucial moments is questionable

Got this as a safety measure and unfortunately it got put to use very soon after installing due to a serious accident. I was able to capture the incident all in great quality, front and rear view! There is also a mic so you have all audio included. The camera itself was easy to install, looked very nice on the car and the app worked well. You also don't need to use the app as the camera itself has buttons so you can pull up any footage you need. Unfortunately the rear camera was damaged during the accident but after reaching out to customer support they offered a free replacement!!! I'm very grateful to of had this camera in the car when it happened as it's going to make alot of legal matter much more easy to confront. I recommend this dash cam or any for that matter as the roads are simply too unpredictable now and even insurance companies offer little to help. Do yourself a favor and get this camera if not another dash cam!

Very nice cameras for the car. I bought two of them for my kids' cars for Christmas since I wanted them to have extra "eye" protection against insurance fraudsters. They are very nice quality and so easy to install; my 15-year-old son did it! I plan on buying one for myself soon as well.
